Golden SpongeBob PEZ Keychain Released in Japan
As SpongeBob SquarePants celebrates its 25th anniversary, PEZ collectors around the world continue to be spoiled with one exciting release after another.
Already this year, collectors have welcomed several brand-new SpongeBob PEZ dispensers into their collections, with even more still on the way — including the highly anticipated PEZ Pineapple Tin featuring the exclusive silver SpongeBob dispenser.
And now… another golden SpongeBob has appeared! 💛
Well… sort of. 😉
This newest release is actually a licensed golden SpongeBob PEZ keychain from Japan.

Now the lineup expands once again with this brand-new golden SpongeBob keychain, released through PLAZA Style Japan.
Of course, longtime collectors immediately think back to the legendary limited edition golden SpongeBob PEZ dispenser release of only 1,000 pieces — a true grail for many collectors.
While this keychain version will never quite reach that same legendary collector status, it still makes for an incredibly fun and eye-catching addition to any SpongeBob or PEZ collection.
Unfortunately for many collectors around the world, the golden keychain currently appears to be available only in Japan.
Still, something tells us these adorable little SpongeBob collectibles are going to find their way into plenty of PEZ collections worldwide. 😊
