We honestly love almost everything PEZ releases… but this time, we have to admit we are feeling a little disappointed 😊
New Stranger Things PEZ Gift Packs Arrive
To celebrate the new Stranger Things season, PEZ introduced brand-new “Lifestyle” Stranger Things gift packs through PEZ International.
At first, collectors were naturally excited and hoped something completely new might be coming to the series.
But unfortunately, the big surprise turned out to be mainly new packaging rather than new dispensers.
The gift boxes each contain:
* One previously released Stranger Things PEZ dispenser
* Newly designed vintage cola candy packs
* New “Lifestyle” themed packaging
And while we absolutely have to admit that the retro-style cola candy packaging looks fantastic, many collectors will probably still feel that this release missed an opportunity to do something truly exciting.
Imagine how incredible these sets could have been with:
* Crystal versions
* New stem colors
* Additional character molds
* Special edition variants
Unfortunately, without those kinds of updates, these new Stranger Things gift packs may not create quite the collector excitement PEZ may have hoped for.
Still, it is always fun seeing PEZ continue supporting the Stranger Things license and expanding the themed packaging lineup 😊
