🎉 PEZ100 UPDATE: Registration Is SOLD OUT!
Wow — that happened fast! Just days after PEZ100 was announced, event registration and the PEZ factory tours are officially SOLD OUT! The response from the PEZ collecting community has been incredible.
If you missed registration, don’t give up just yet. A registration waitlist is now available through the official PEZ100 website. Be sure to use the waitlist option on the website rather than emailing the organizers so requests can be kept in order.
Factory tours also have a waitlist. If you would like to be added to the tour waitlist, email pez100th@gmail.com.
We also checked directly with organizer Morgan Rhinehart about the hotel situation. The good news is that hotel rooms should still have okay availability at this time. The entire host hotel has now been blocked for PEZ100 attendees for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
To receive the PEZ100 event rate, collectors should book through the official hotel link or call the hotel and make sure to mention that they are attending the PEZ100 event.
Registration may be full, but if you’re hoping to attend, get yourself on that waitlist! 🎉
🎉 Sold Out Doesn’t Mean You Can’t Join the Fun!
And here’s something important we don’t want anyone to miss: even if you weren’t able to get a PEZ100 registration, there are still plenty of reasons to come to Orange!
The Saturday dealer show will be open to the general public, with public admission beginning at 10 a.m. — and you do not need to be registered for PEZ100 to attend. Admission to the public show is free!
And, of course, a PEZ gathering is about much more than what’s printed on the official schedule. With collectors from all over the world coming together for PEZ100, staying at the host hotel still gives you a wonderful opportunity to meet up with old PEZ friends, make some new ones, talk PEZ, trade, shop, and simply be part of a very special weekend celebrating 100 years of PEZ.
So if you missed registration, don’t automatically cross PEZ100 off your calendar. Get your name on the waitlist, check the hotel availability, and remember that you can still come for the public show and enjoy being surrounded by the PEZ collecting community.
After all, PEZ only turns 100 once! 🎂🎉
