How to Report Infringement
To file a notice, please send the following information to contact@pezpals.com:
Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Location of the Material: The specific URL on pezpals.com where the material is located.
Your Contact Info: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake (for example, if you actually have the rights to a photo in the Pictorial Vault), you can send us a counter-notice at the same email address.
