A Surprise PEZ Treasure at the Vienna COMIX 2026!
This weekend, Vienna is once again home to one of Europe’s biggest and longest-running comic conventions: Vienna COMIX, held at the famous Marx Halle.
What started back in 1993 as a small collectors’ swap meet has grown into a massive event that attracts thousands of comic, toy, and pop culture enthusiasts from across Europe every year.
For many years, PEZ International has proudly supported the event as one of its sponsors, providing free PEZ candies for visitors and contributing a variety of PEZ goodies to prize bags and giveaways.
Today, our reader Gregor P. kindly shared some fantastic photos from the show floor, and of course we are delighted to share them with all of you.
PEZ Takes Center Stage at Vienna COMIX
Visitors are welcomed by large PEZ advertising displays both at the entrance and throughout the exhibition hall, making it clear that PEZ remains an important part of the Vienna COMIX experience.
But this year, something completely new caught our attention—and instantly gave us heart-shaped eyes!
Standing proudly among the displays was a stunning yellow PEZ Presenter Girl standee, a piece we have never seen before.
Needless to say, it immediately became the star of the show for us.
A Dream Display for PEZ Collectors
Honestly, we would absolutely love to add this incredible Presenter Girl display to our collections.
What a centerpiece it would make in any PEZ room!
We are quite certain that every serious PEZ collector would somehow find the necessary space for such a treasure.
Rare promotional displays like this remind us that PEZ collecting is about so much more than dispensers.
Store displays, advertising materials, signs, and promotional pieces often tell some of the most fascinating stories in PEZ history, and they can be among the most sought-after collectibles of all.
