PEZ Unveils the Limited “Kid Guard” Art Edition
We’re incredibly excited to give you a first look at the brand-new, strictly limited “Kid Guard” Edition, capped at just 5,000 pieces worldwide.
This isn’t just another release—this is something entirely new.
In collaboration with Josef Florian Krichbaum, PEZ has created something groundbreaking: PEZ Arts.
This new concept transforms our beloved classic PEZ dispensers and candies into true works of art, presented in a uniquely designed artistic form. Each piece already leaves the factory in specially crafted, gallery-worthy packaging, making it a collectible on a whole new level.
Krichbaum’s works are typically showcased in renowned institutions such as the Albertina in Vienna and the Museum Angerlehner.
With the limited “Kid Guard” Edition, he reimagines the iconic PEZ dispenser as a mobile sculpture—an object that sparks childhood memories while simultaneously challenging the intellect.
The world premiere will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM under the motto “Cool adults do childish things” at Dschungel Wien, located in Vienna’s MuseumsQuartier.
This will be the very first opportunity to experience the dispenser in person, and of course, we’ll be there live to capture everything for you and share all the highlights on our blog.
