PEZ Teases Patriotic Releases and More Surprises Ahead
The famous “Coming Soon” window at the PEZ Visitor Center has been responsible for many exciting reveals over the years, and Thomas S.’s latest snapshot was certainly no exception.
The surprise appeared in spectacular fashion: a crystal glitter Ball Mold dispenser featuring the American flag alongside dazzling fireworks.
Curious to learn more, we dug a little deeper to uncover additional details for all of you.
At first, we assumed this patriotic dispenser had been created for Independence Day on July 4th.
However, we discovered that it is actually scheduled to debut around Memorial Day in May.
And for collectors who may not be completely sold on the Ball Mold design, don’t worry—rumors suggest that PEZ still has more surprises waiting for us.
Another special USA-exclusive dispenser is reportedly planned for release around July 4th, and this time it is said to be something entirely different from a Ball Mold.
Unfortunately, both patriotic dispensers will only be available in the United States and will feature matching patriotic-themed blister cards.
For our European PEZ collector friends, the anticipation may come with a little envy. But fear not—PEZ International also appears to have something exciting planned in the near future. As always, we unfortunately can’t reveal too much just yet.
