Thomas the Tank Engine is rolling back into the PEZ lineup!
When rumors first began circulating that Thomas had received a brand-new mold, we were both excited and a little surprised.
Naturally, we had to do a little investigating.
Not a New Mold… But a New Variation!
After taking a closer look, we can now confirm that Thomas has indeed returned to the PEZ assortment in the United States.
However, despite the rumors, this is not a brand-new mold.
Instead, collectors are being treated to something just as exciting—a brand-new variation!
Several noticeable differences can be found when comparing the previous Thomas dispenser to the latest release.
What’s New?
The most obvious change is found in Thomas’s eyes.
The new version now features small white highlights, giving Thomas a brighter and more expressive appearance.
Collectors will also notice subtle differences in the stem color, along with an all-new Nick Jr. blister card created especially for this release.
For variation collectors, these updates make the newest Thomas a worthwhile addition to the growing Thomas & Friends PEZ family.
Available Now
The new Thomas is part of the Nick Jr. lineup and is now available through PEZ Candy USA.

Why has PEZ never made Edward?
Maybe one day our favorite blue engine will finally get his chance to join the PEZ family.
